Management allowed me to be yelled at (yes, yelled at) and bullied by a "gentleman" who was a regular because he was a regular? This man came into the shop looking to pick a fight that I had purposely avoided. Management stood by and never stepped in to stop this man from throwing insult after insult at me, while I sat in my chair and told him I didn't come to argue with him. This altercation lasted over a minute, wherein the man came in a berated me (for his bad parking job), walked outside to fuss, then came back inside to fuss some more. Managements only response was to pat the man on the back and tell him it was alright and they would see him tomorrow. The unfortunate barista was the only one who made an attempt to apologize to me for the treatement I recieved. The manager kept looking over his shoulder at me during my stay as if I was the pariah. Curious behavior from someone who expects repeat customers. Well, not from this person, anyway. Do not recommend.
